Supersmile toothpaste with Calprox® works by gently dissolving the protein pellicle. Protein pellicle is a thin layer of protein that can form on the tooth surface, plaque, bacteria, and of course, stains adhere to this protein. Removing the protein pellicle leaves the teeth feeling cleaner, longer. Baking Soda adds long-lasting protection against germs which ensures fresher breath and the prevention of gum disease. Teeth are protected with Fluoride while the Calcium and Phosphates work to re-mineralize tooth enamel.

Since our Toothpaste contains no gritty silica - the abrasive ingredient commonly used in commercial toothpastes to scrape away the pellicle – it is 75% less abrasive than the recommended standard set by the American Dental Association.
