Directions

Wet bristles to activate the infused toothpaste and brush thoroughly (as directed by a dentist). Spend a minimum of one minute on each the upper and lower teeth. After brushing, rinse and toss in the trash, or store toothbrush for later uses. The paste will last 1-2 brushings, but the brush can be used as a full-time toothbrush afterwards.
