Butler GUM FlosBrush

I'm a retired engineer and this is the best designed floss "handle" I've ever seen. It is easy to use and very effective. I have used it every day for well over 10 years. There a few improvements that could be made: 1. The anchor that the floss is wrapped around sometimes breaks off prematurely. Make it stronger. 2. I find that more floss than recommended is often required per flossing to prevent floss from becoming loose. Extra wraps are needed around anchor to keep floss tight. It is very difficult to use with loose floss. 3. I can't find it in stores and wind up having to order on-line and pay shipping costs. Why won't stores carry it?

if you have not tried this for flossing you should you will never use anything else!!!!!! only problem hard to find in stores

I am currently a student dental hygienist. Flossing is often viewed by the patient as difficult and unpleasant which hinders their acceptance of the beneficial preventitive practice. With this product patients can comfortably floss with ease and confidence. The product's shape and design is perfect for handling and intraoral comfort. It contains the floss right inside the unit and it is easily portable and disposable. I just wish this product was easier to find in the stores because it really is superior to alternative flossing aids I have seen.
